He has taken classes with Michelle weekly for a couple months, and I have noticed he more often uses correct “feelings” words when discussing his emotions at home. She does a great job discussing emotions with the kids, and events that might cause them. She gives everyone a chance to share in the class and is super patient and sweet. 100% recommend!”

Meditation: Connect & Engage
“Michelle is a lovely teacher and does a great job keeping kids engaged. Her voice and demeanor is relaxing and calming and her meditations are accessible for kids and their parents. My son has a hard time keeping still during the meditation (don’t we all?) and we expected him to not want to continue, but despite it being challenging he wants to continue taking the class! He says it is good practice (wisdom of children!). We joined recently and it seems like there a few regulars, which is really nice to see. It’s a moment of quiet for our kiddo during this crazy time, which we think he appreciates having.”

“After 2 classes it has already helped my 7-year old daughter to find ways to ease her anxiety and approach falling asleep differently. The instructor handles this short, high-impact session beautifully. During the meditation portion everyone has their cameras off so there is not a distraction from it. And the simple closure at the end is inspiring. Additionally the parent can participate alongside the student which has helped to make this practice more fun for my daughter and enable me to refer to the content throughout the week.”
